The title is "Story time with Peppa" and the author is Neville Astley and Mark Barker. It is published by Ladybird Books Ltd 2012. The book is based on the TV Series 'Peppa Pig '. First Peppa goes on lots of adventures with her family. She went swimming,played football,bringed Goerge to have his first day at playgroup went camping, had fun at the fun fair, and went to a school trip.

ReplyDeleteThe ‘Big Friendly Giant’ by Roald Dahl is about a giant giving nice dreams to people. The giants are usually evil and are looking for people to eat. It is the witching hour when everything is dark and quiet, the BFG appears and nobody can see him because the BFG is as thin as a lamp post. He is a kind giant unlike others.
My favourite part of the story is when the giant is looking for someone to give a good dream and finds a little shy girl called Sophie. This book takes me into my own imaginary world. The setting is described very well and sounded really real! I was addicted to the book as it is very interesting.
I think all children aged 6 and over should read this book. You can read again and again because you will not mind reading it a million times!!!
In fact all over the world people are reading Roald Dahl books. I recommend this book because it is funny and very different. I would give it 10/10.

ReplyDeleteDavid Williams wrote a book called " Gangster Granny". He made Gangster Granny a robber trying to steel the crown jewels with her grandson.She made and ate cabbage soup every day.When she ate it she often farted. Her grandson hated eating everything that the Granny cooked.She told incredible robber stories.She was very funny.She liked steeling.My favourite part was when the grandson found jewels in the cookie tin in the kitchen.She lied that she was a robber.I would rate that book five out of five.I think it was a interesting and funny book however the end was moving because the Gangster Granny died.

I like it when Matilda and Miss honey stayed in the grand house. I think that six, seven years can read it. I say this is well written so I`ll have this as 100/100

My book was called the tale of a naughty little rabbit.The author that wrote the book was Beatrix potter.The story was about when peter went into a dangerous man's garden.I thought the story was good.I think children from age 3 to 6 should read this.I woud give this book to my friend to see if they like it or not.

The title of the book is Harry and the Bucketful of Dinosaurs by Ian Whybrow and Adrian Reynolds.The book is all about the dinosaurs he found in the attic.From the old box,he put these dinosaurs in a bucket.Then he went to the library with his mum and he found out all their names in a book and he told them to the dinosaurs.After that,the dinosaurs went everywhere in Harry's bucket.They went shopping,went to garden center and to the beach.When Harry had a bath,the dinosaurs had a bath.Sometimes they got left behind.But they never got lost because Harry knew all their names.The book is very nice to read because the story let your imagination works.It is very exciting knowing that the dinosaurs can play with you and you can take them where ever you want.I would like to recommend this book to everyone specially to those children who love animals and in particular those who like the dinosaurs.

I read Charlotte's Web by E.B. White. The book was about a spider named Charlotte and a piglet named Wilbur. It was about them becoming friends. Charlotte was a very clever spider and wrote messages in her web to stop Wilbur from getting turned into pork chops! It was a fascinating and emotional story because it made me happy and at the end it made me sad. I enjoyed it very much and I would recommend it to age seven and above who like reading animal adventures.

ReplyDeleteBillionaire Boy, by David Walliams, is about a boy called Joe Spud who is super rich. His dad invented 'Bumfresh', a moist loo roll, which earned him millions. Joe had everything he could ever want but he needed a friend. He thought money could buy friends but he was wrong.

The book is about a bear,
which came from darkest Peru and was found by Mr and Mrs Browns.The bear was found in paddington station and was named such an unusual name which was called paddington bear when Mr and Mrs Brown found him. Paddington bear was always having great respect and they welcomed into their home, where
he had lived ever since.
I like the most in the book about, when paddington bear went to the cafe with Mr Brown and paddington just didn't know what to eat and spilled all the food on the table and everywhere and when they all went home in a taxi and the driver said no bear allowed in my taxi especially dirty ones and they all ignored him and went inside the taxi. Paddington bear was waving to everybody from the taxi and he poked the taxi driver with his dirty paws and the taxi driver shut the window behind him.
I think paddington book was suitable for 3 years old kids and more and also i would like to recommend to all my friends to read the paddington series books which are written by Michael bond. I read and have two books of paddington which i like most.

Story
The story is all about an enormous crocodile in Africa who goes trampling through the jungle and telling all the animals that he is going to eat the children. The animals said to the crocodile that is a horrible thing to do and threatended him to kill. But, the crocodile did not listen to the animals. He trampled all over the forest and used all his tricks to eat the children. But the animals saved the children from the crocodile. They felt angry on the crocodile and warned it. Then they had enough and wanted to kill the crocodile. Trunky the elephant killed the crocodile by grabbing its tail and swinging it around and then he let go the crocodile into the sky and crashes in to the sun.

The book I liked the most was Mickey mouse club house and mickey's friends came to see mickey what he is doing then mickey was so happy to meet their friends.
