> A writing task on the blog (on the home page)
> Mathletics (2 or 3 tasks)
> Spellings
> Times Tables
> Home reading (10 minutes most evenings)
These will be set each week on a Friday and are expected to be learnt or completed by the following Friday.
It is also very important that you read as much as you can at home as reading helps us to learn new words, to have more ideas when it is our turn to write, and it is also very enjoyable as an activity itself.
Please try to remember to fill out your Reading Record whenever you read at home.
Did you know that Ancient Greek girls didnt go to school but rich girls could pay and the teacher will come to her house and teach her. And girls in Ancient Greek times was also slaves and there was lots of gods with lots of names like Zeus Hades Aphrodite i Apollo .
